Warranty / Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every LIORA & HART piece. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, the wrong item, or if something isn’t right with the finish or stitching, we’ll replace it or make it right—even if some time has passed since your order.
You can also add an Extended Lifetime Warranty, which covers accidental damage or breakage (including situations where it was your own fault).
What’s covered:
- Jewellery: faulty clasp/stone setting, defective plating/finish, breakage due to a manufacturing issue
- Fashion: faulty seams, broken zips/buttons, defects in fabric or stitching
Not covered (standard warranty): normal wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by improper care, or alterations done by a third party.
Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Some items may take a little longer, for example:
- Personalised items (engraving/letters/symbols)
- Made-to-order pieces or limited restocks
If you choose Priority Processing, your order is moved to the front of our processing queue and prepared within 24–36 hours. (Please note: this speeds up processing time, not the shipping carrier speed.)

Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Fashion must be unwashed and returned in original condition
- Jewellery must be returned in original condition (and packaging where possible)
